Implementing educational technology is not like flipping a switch.
Our implementation process ensures your vision for Actively Learn is fully supported.

We design a rollout plan based on the needs and circumstances of your school or district

We understand no two schools or districts are alike, so we try hard to understand where you are coming from. In a kickoff call we will learn about your curriculum, literacy initiatives, PD methods, technology situation and more to create a customized rollout plan to achieve your vision.

We build awareness and capacity with teachers and coaches throughout the year

Since Actively Learn is a flexible platform, we work with you to build awareness among your teachers about the benefits and reasons for using it, often starting with a cohort of teachers or coaches and expanding from there.  We help you reach them through email, social media, newsletters and anywhere you think would be successful (we‘ll even send you posters to put up in the teacher cafeteria!).

Additionally, we work with your coaches and teachers via interactive training sessions online or in-person. Our professional development not only shows the “how to,” but also emphasizes the pedagogical principles that are proven to improve students‘ reading comprehension. We check in with teachers to help them and get feedback on features they need to get more value from the platform.

We analyze usage data and feedback to review progress and make adjustments when needed

We love data and we love to share it with you. With your administrator dashboards you will be empowered to understand how teachers and students are using Actively Learn. We will review the metrics together with you to ensure we are on track to meet our goals or course-correct as necessary. We also gather anecdotal feedback from teachers and students so you get a flavor of the impact Actively Learn has in the classroom.
