1. Terms

By accessing Actively Learn, Inc.'s web site or product site(s), including www.activelyread.com (collectively “web sites”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree (i) that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and (ii) that you have the right to access and use for instructional purposes any material you view, import, or use from another online source in our Actively Learn, Inc. web sites. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these web sites. The materials contained in these web sites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

a. Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Actively Learn, Inc.'s web sites, for personal, instructional, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: i. modify or copy the materials, except creating a layer of instructional content for public domain materials and materials you have the right to view or use for instructional purposes; ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any non-instructional public display (commercial or non-commercial); iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Actively Learn, Inc.'s web sites; iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or v. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Actively Learn, Inc.'s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
