Sunisa Lee won the women’s gymnastics  all-around gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics last week. Her victory was a triumph that wowed the country and particularly Minnesota—Lee’s home state. But it also carried a special meaning for the state’s close-knit Hmong American community, one of the largest in the United States.
