Brandon Warren, who launched the We LIVE Indy movement to address youth violence in Indianapolis, has been honored in Washington, D.C., as one of the top 10 youth volunteers in the nation. Warren, 18, was recognized Monday by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards during the program’s national award ceremony.
